What You Should Know About

Renting Inflatables

The Balloons and Bouncers Difference!

No other rental company in the state of Minnesota takes your complete safety into consideration, like Balloons and Bouncers. We go way beyond what is required. That's why the majority of our customers are repeat customers who kindly send new referrals our way!

Our Rental Includes:

* All of our units are made with LEAD FREE VINYL

* Each unit has finger safe netting. This prevents little fingers from getting

caught

* Each unit will come with soft landing materials for the enterance.

* We choose to follow all ASTM Guidelines and purchase our items

from manufacturers that also choose to follow them. (This is for your safety!)

* Industry Certified staff to install and remove your inflatable

* Cleaned and sanitized after every use

* Our Event Staff are CPR and First Aid Trained

* An Operating Manual for each rental piece

* First Aid kit with each rental

* Inflatables have the safety "Watch Dog Sirens"

* All inflatables are either staked or sandbagged. They are NEVER

left untethered

* We have Rental Insurance and can name you as an additional insured for

a small fee.

Things You Should Ask A Rental Company

Does your rental fee include delivery, set-up and tear down? Each company is different. Be sure to compare apples to apples.

B & B: To help alleviate our clients liability we include FREE set-up and tear down. Delivery however is additional.

What is your rental period? Again, each company is different. Some charge 1/2 day rentals and some are 24 hour rentals.

B & B: We offer 2 hour, 4 hour and 8 hour rentals.

Do you clean and sanitize your Inflatables after every rental? Inflatables should be more than just vacuumed after each rental. Wiping down with a cloth is not enough to kill all those germs. Make sure they actually clean the Inflatable and then sanitize it.

B & B: We clean and sanitize our units before we tear them down. Please allow us an extra 20 minutes to clean our units when we pick them up.

Are Your Inflatables Lead Safe? Inflatables manufactured or materials outsourced of the U.S. for the construction of Inflatables in the U.S. have a high potential of containing lead in the vinyl.

B & B: There are three manufacturers in the US that provide lead-safe vinyl. We ONLY purchase from them!

Do you follow the ASTM guidelines set for Inflatables? If they say what? Move on to the next reputable rental company.

B & B: Absolutely. Did you know that MN is not regulated at all when it comes to inflatbale rides? We are setting the standard for the industry and we apply all the ASTM quidelines to our services. You're child's safety is our priority! The ASTM Guidelines are set by the government to ensure safety of all patrons. While MN is not required to abide by these rules, it only makes sense too, right?

What is your insurance policy? Reputable rental companies who are in the business to build a business and make relationships, understand the need to provide insurance. Some companies are set-up to make a few bucks during the summer. Stay away from these companies. And, never be afraid to ask if you can see the policy or certificate.

B & B: We carry Liability Insurance and will be happy to provide you with a copy. Just ask us!

What is your cancellation policy? Many companies will reschedule your rental due to weather or other issues, very few will refund the deposit or any monies paid.

B & B: If your event is cancelled by Balloons and Bouncers due to winds in excess of 15 MPH or a complete rain day, you will be refunded all monies. However, if you cancel the reservation for other reasons your 25% deposit is non-refundable.

What safety guidelines should I follow, during the use of the inflatable? You should be given written instructions on the number of occupants, weight limitations and procedures to follow during an emergency.

B & B: With the rental of our units you will receive written and verbal instructions on how to safely operate our inflatables.
